Mediadocu: Flexible event documentation possible on-site

Munich October 10, 2008 – Events have become somewhat more interesting. The Munich event and multimedia agency, 2W Media GmbH, offers with mediadocu a special service for seminars, workshops and events organized by diverse companies. Professional film crews and photographers accompany the event and edit the material on site. The converting of the material takes place already during the event. Together with office documents and multimedia contents which are drawn from a prepared master, the complete, interactive documentation of the event in the corporate design of the organizer is being produced. The documentation is being duplicated on CD, DVD, Blu-ray Discs or thumb drive and can be distributed among the participants at the end of the event.  

The organizer of the event can herefrom draw a lot of advantages. On the one hand, participants are given the opportunity to make use of the data which is available on the mediadocu already on their way home, either in the train or the airplane and can watch again the presentations and highlights of the conference. On the other hand, it is possible to consider changes which occur in the agenda during the conference, which gives the guarantee of up-to-date contents.

Optical media and flash drives are accentuated by engraving or by the use of printing technologies such as screenprint and thermotransfer printing. The medias can be branded with the brands of the company. Including the aspects with regard to contents and design, mediadocu displays a documentation medium with a unique flexibility which can be used as a highly effective advertising medium.
